In the words of Harvey Mackay, great accomplishment shouldn’t be the end of the road, just the starting point for the next “leap” forward. That is what we’re doing! Following the success of the first Legionella and Environmental Action Platform (L.E.A.P 01) in 2014, we have organized L.E.A.P 02, the second event in the L.E.A.P series.
L.E.A.P 02
In eight days time we’re traveling to the Discovery Centre in Milton Keynes to attend L.E.A.P 02. This event is a fantastic way to get involved in the debate on combating Legionella and avoiding Legionnaires’ disease. A team of experts will be chairing tables where you can sit and discuss your concerns regarding Legionella control. The confirmed experts attending are: Dr Jimmy Walker and Dr Sam Collins, from Public Health England; Professor Clive Thomson from Alcontrol laboratories; Dr Birgitta Bedford from ProEconomy; and Toby Thorp from City of London.
What Is L.E.A.P
L.E.A.P is a charitable not for profit water quality event, where delegates debate water quality issues in an open forum. We want to know what you know and come up with shared solutions.
As long as there is interest in the Legionella debate, we will continue taking the L.E.A.P forward.
