About The EM1 Remote Access System
The EM1 is our remote access control unit that is compatible with all of our Orca models. It utilises the latest connectivity technologies to seamlessly connect Orca units to our Tetras cloud based water management system, Tetras.
The EM1 is easy to install and can be connected to the internet via LAN or ethernet.
Adjustability from Wherever You Are
The EM1 gives our engineers and clients the ability to remotely adjust the parameters of Orca systems from anywhere. A whole host of adjustments can be tweaked remotely - from copper and silver utilisation to dosing rates. This allows our clients and engineering teams to react instantaneously to changes in water quality.

Tetras Water Management System
The EM1 connects automatically to our Tetras cloud-based water management system. Our clients and our engineering teams can then view mission critical real time data via their Tetras online portal. This data is customisable to each client.
Warranty
ProEconomy is proud of its quality assurance process as well as the high standard of its product.
If an EM1 system is purchased with our standard maintenance package then we will guarantee it for a period of 5 years from the date of installation. During this period ProEconomy will replace any parts that fail (excluding consumables) and will assure the continued operation of the system (see terms and conditions).
