By ProEconomy’s Managing Director, Byron Bedford.
I wanted to thank all our clients and everyone that has made 2016 such a great year. It’s been our best year ever!
ProEconomy’s 2016 Highlights
For me, some of the highlights have included:
- 30 new Orca systems installed. I really feel that copper and silver ionisation is making fantastic progress as a water modality and will continue to do so in 2017.
- Attracting some of the biggest hospitals in the UK. With the John Radcliffe and Addenbrookes to add to a client list that includes Great Ormond Street Hospital and the European Space Agency, we will be treating some of the largest and most prestigious sites in the UK.
- Getting the contract to treat the whole of Windsor Castle. Just fantastic!
- General improvements to sampling. I want us to be known as the BEST sampling company and I think we are on the right track to get there.
- Acquisition of the new offices. I think this is going to be a game changer. I want to compete with big companies out there and I think a shiny new office will help us look the part.
-
Fantastic events. This year has seen us attend more events than ever before. IHEEM and LEAP were brilliant and look set to be even better next year, with a Belgravia venue for LEAP. But we’ve also attended loads of other events; IPS, WMSoc, NELFG, SOPHE the list goes on and on. We also created CuAg this year and hosted the event at the architectural centre in London. This was great and will become a part of the yearly event rota.
- Fantastic progress with our Tetras cloud based water management system. Watch this space.
- New science initiatives. With UCL and Kings College, we have some of the biggest universities partnering with us and wanting to do research with us. This year has also seen a heap of new papers written and loads of articles circulated. Science will continue to be the foundation of ProEconomy in 2017 and beyond.
- Progress in product development. This year has seen so many product development changes. Data downloading, manufacturing changes, Pod redesign, self-adjust technology, de-scaling technology the list goes on and on. If we spend the time to refine our technology and improve it then we won’t just have a good product, but a great product.
Great results
This is the most important bit of all. We have seen some fantastic results this year – Windsor Castle, The John Radcliffe, Savernake hospital and the list truly does go on and on – our product actually works and in doing so it helps to keep the most vulnerable safe from deadly bacteria.
I believe that we have a great opportunity to extend the reach of our company and our proven technology in 2017. There is a lot to celebrate, but even more to look forward to.
Many thanks,
Byron Bedford
