How Our Water Sampling Works

Thanks to over 25 years of experience in water sampling, we have developed a bespoke water sampling and management service that helps sites to monitor and trend their sample results so they can detect and solve issues before contamination occurs.

Step 1: Water Sampling

Our City and Guilds accredited water samplers will sample your site’s water complying with the BS7592:2008 standard for Legionella samples. Our water samplers will also record water temperatures whenever a water sample is taken. All of your water outlets are also bar-coded so that sample results can later be uploaded to our cloud based water management system.

Step 2: Water Analysis

Next, your water sample will be analysed in external UKAS approved laboratories to detect any water borne pathogens.

Step 3: Water Management

After water analysis, your sample results are uploaded to our cloud based water management system, Tetras. Here, you can view your real time sample results, trend site-wide results over time and highlight problem water outlets to detect water risks. There’s even the option to export sample results into an Excel spreadsheet for easy access.

By integrating our water sampling with an advanced water management system we can ensure that all of our clients have easy access to their results and can focus on improving their water quality.
